Abstract

The article covers: modern trends in the formation of educational services in the context of conducting SVO; proposals are formulated for the creation of a target State Budgetary Educational Institution for SVO participants; an objective need for the creation of a Russian target educational center based on modern innovative forms and methods of teaching is substantiated.
