Abstract

The article proposes a method for determining the level of "innovativeness" of an organization based on a preliminary assessment of the readiness of the organization's management personnel to work in the conditions of modern management methods, methodological recommendations have been developed to increase the "innovativeness" of an organization, which increases the efficiency of the forecast of the company's development, the "innovative marketing paradigm" is presented as a reflection of the current level of development of innovative processes in the management of marketing activities.
