Abstract

The development of the system for training a reserve of management personnel should be carried out based on the problems and needs that exist in the authorities. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account the peculiarities of the formation of a reserve of managerial personnel, which is created by categories of positions for the entire region, and not for a specific department or ministry. One of the issues in the development of the management personnel reserve is to increase the variety of training programs for specialists. To do this, it is necessary to adapt the curricula of leading universities in other countries that provide training in the areas of "State and Municipal Administration" or "Public Administration".
