Abstract

The article is devoted to solving an urgent national economic problem – accelerating the implementation of the Strategy for the development of the petrochemical complex of Russia for the period up to 2030 based on the formation of petrochemical industrial clusters. The authors of the article, using the example of the Kazanorgsintez enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan, have developed a model of a petrochemical innovation and logistics cluster, which, on the basis of innovation and the coordination of the economic interests of all counterparties in the supply chain, provides the maximum synergistic effect.
