Open letter to the President of the Russian Federation

Abstract

The open letter is devoted to the assessment of problems and proposals concerning the transport and industrial development of Russia - the basis of its security. Transport and industry are the two main components of the national economic complex, on which the development of the economy and the security of the country depend. The overall final result depends on the active, joint, planned and proportional development of both components without accelerating the development of one due to lagging behind the other.
