Features of the assessment of rights (claims) in bankruptcy

Abstract

The article discusses the description of the sequence of determining the value of the object of assessment, lists and characterizes the main stages in the assessment, justifies the choice of the assessment methods used on the basis of their applicability, and provides the stages of the bankruptcy procedure. As part of the bankruptcy process, mention is made of the sale of assets at the stage of bankruptcy proceedings, respectively, the sale of debtors' property and the satisfaction of creditors' claims in accordance with their order.
