Development of a strategic planning model for the development of the backbone network of a multimodal transport and logistics center in the Omsk region

The article presents a graphical model that describes the strategic planning algorithm for the phased development of a backbone network of logistics centers in the Omsk region, which ensures market competitiveness based on integration into regional, interregional and global transport and logistics systems in the zone of gravity to the Eurasian international transport corridors, a diagram is presented development and placement on the territory of the Omsk region of the backbone network of multimodal transport and logistics centers and terminal complexes, the factors contributing to the formation of the Omsk regional transport and logistics system are given.
