Abstract

In the article the urgency of forming a regional transport and logistics system on the basis of the cluster approach in the Omsk region. The role of the cluster approach in ensuring the management of innovative development of industries and regions of Russia. Obtained principles and structural elements of the cluster model, multimodal transport and logistics center, presented the strategic planning algorithm for a phased development of its core network in the territory of the Omsk region.
