Economically beneficial alternative to tensometric measuring station application in CNC systems

Abstract

Nowadays the machine tool designing process densely combines both mechanical and electronical problems. For many years CNC application in machining works is being its inalienable part. CNC appears to be a complex of electrotechnical and electronic devices, which components are sometimes expensive enough to be used in production. Today’s chip manufacturers offer the solutions that allow to simplify the circuit board designing process. Employment of such solutionsin relation to tensometric measuring stations gives an opportunity to save on usage of fully finished measuring stations during the machine tool designing process.This work proposes the original tensometric station implementation scheme.
