The stake of the Russian Federation on the development of electronic justice is recognized as absolutely correct, and the experience of the Russian reform can now be adopted by other European countries. From the side of the judicial community, the most productive side is the digitalization of the judicial system. The practical need for such a transformation was especially evident in 2020 and was caused by the coronavirus pandemic, in which the need to ensure the availability of judicial procedures through the use of modern technologies by the courts was most clearly manifested.
