Historical aspects of the formation of the system of law enforcement agencies in the Republic of Tajikistan

Abstract

The article underwent scientific understanding of the history of the formation and development of law enforcement agencies in the Tajik ASSR and the SSR at the time of their inclusion in the unified system of law enforcement agencies for the entire USSR by the middle of the 30s of the twentieth century. The study of transformations in the law enforcement system of the state is also determined by incessant discussions about the ways of developing the political system of the modern Republic of Tajikistan, improving its state and legal structures. The results of the article can contribute to the implementation of not only the tasks of legal science, in particular, the history of the state and law of Tajikistan, individual issues of the theory of state and law, but also related social and humanitarian disciplines through which the economic and social functions of the state are realized.
