Abstract

In today's world, automation is becoming a key factor fundamentally transforming the global economy. This article provides an in-depth analysis of the impact of artificial intelligence and automation on employment. It identifies the resulting contemporary economic problems and proposes solutions. Particular attention is paid to challenges such as the changing occupational structure, imbalances between supply and demand in the labor market, social inequality, and the education system's lag in the pace of technological progress. Solutions include government programs, retraining projects, corporate-educational cooperation, and the concept of a universal basic income. The article also substantiates the need to create a sustainable employment system based on humanistic technological development.
