Modern methods of managing the Russian economy in professional legal practice
Dear friends, dear colleagues!
Department of Management and Economics of the University named after O.E. Kutafin (Moscow State Law Academy) invite you to take part in the round table of the department "Modern methods of managing the Russian economy in professional legal activity" within the framework of the IX Moscow Legal Forum on the topic: "Legaltech: scientific solutions for professional legal activity" on April 14, 2022 at 15, 00 h.
The following issues are expected to be discussed at the round table:
1. Problems of state regulation of cryptocurrency.
2. Digital ruble of the Bank of Russia.
3. Management of remote production and remote employment.
4. New forms of brain drain.
5. Total state control and human rights.
6. Problems of the consumer market in the conditions of robotization of the Russian economy.
7. Features of the formation of the national interests of the Russian society.
8. Socio-economic and environmental factors influencing professional legal activity.
9. Conditions for ensuring national security in the modern system of public administration.
10. The role of transnational corporations in the modern Russian economy.
Organizational partner: The journal "In the center of the economy" is a scientific online publication designed to publish the results of scientific research, scientific and practical, informational and analytical and other materials (certificate of registration of the mass media EL No. FS 77-7821506.04.2020).
Registration fee for participation is not charged. Based on the results of the conference, a collection of materials will be published, which will be submitted for placement in the RSCI.
We ask you to confirm your participation in the Forum by completing electronic registration before March 10, 2021 on the website of the Moscow Legal Forum.
Abstracts of the report must be sent in electronic form by April 30, 2021 to the following address: forum@msal.ru.
The volume of materials should not exceed 13 thousand printed characters, including spaces (up to 7 pages).
For publication are invited mainly participants with a Ph.D. or doctoral degree.
All materials should be submitted in electronic form (Word editor version above 2000). The text must be typed in the same font - Times New Roman. Font height - 14 points; line spacing - one and a half. Paragraph indentation - 1.25 cm. Margins: top - 2 cm, bottom - 2 cm, left - 3 cm, right - 1 cm. Footnotes are placed page by page; Footnotes are numbered continuously. Footnotes are typed in Times New Roman. Font height - 12 points; line spacing is single. When making footnotes and references, one should be guided by the new bibliographic GOST R 7.0.5 2008.
